ah, stencil is such a classic fits the purpose here, though
i like this better than last time
just one thing though... why not smoothen the curves a little? some turning points in curves take away the smooth effects that splashed paint would make, looking a bit more like angles than curves in some places.. and well.. the targetting thingie looks weak, melted, as it should probably stand its ground, you know? ready, aim, shoot, all that stuff, its associated with power, strengh.. my opinion is that maybe it should stay round, and only melt with the ball from the part that attaches to it, possibly just slightly

hmm... if im allowed to one more thing, i dont know about the title going inside the ball, as the visual and logotype should be seperate informations. then there are the proportions, between the title/visual.. your problem is, the typo should be bigger, just a little, but then the line would be way too long, and you cant putit on two lines.. you could reduce character spacing, but cause of the font you have, it'll be hard to read.. so, thats a problem im too tired to figure out.. but you might want to equalize character spacing between some letters, to balance the whole thing... like, if you look at the spacing between 'K' and 'A', then look at the one for 'A' and 'U', you'll see the difference right away
